SKY Airline was the first airline to land on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Alfredo Rodríguez Ballón International Airport in Arequipa, after maintaining a 100-day suspension of operations at said air terminal.

The SKY Airline flight between Lima and Arequipa with the number 5141 landed at 1:30 pm, which carried 107 passengers, while on the return flight number 5142, 142 people traveled. The aircraft that operated the flight to Arequipa, is an Airbus A320 neo, with CC-AZL registration and an age of use of just one year.
It must be remembered that the airline did not fly to the destination since March 16, 2020.
